Chingilile has wealth experience in both Accounting and Auditing which culminate to almost 26 years in total.
She started her career in 1992 as Assistant Accountant in Finance Department at Sokoine University of Agriculture and gradually she developed to Senior Accountant.
In 2008 she vacated to Internal Audit unit to serve as Senior Internal Auditor where she evolved to the rank of Principal Internal Auditor.
